We are working diligently to accommodate you in a safe manner.
We are doing our best to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our clients and our team members.
We take everyone’s safety and health very seriously.
There are many new safety and sanitation initiatives that we are implementing but we wanted to inform you of the most important:
. We are open by appointment only
. Upon arrival to your appointment at the salon, Please Call the salon and inform us of your arrival. Please wait outside in your car, a member of our team will call you when your service provider is ready to begin your service.
. Social Distancing – We are splitting our Service Providers into shifts, thereby reducing the number of people in the building by a minimum of 50%. Service Providers will be working in every other station, leaving an empty station to keep a safe distance.
. Guests and Employees will be given a temperature check prior to entering the salon. If there are signs of a fever, your appointment will be rescheduled. Please do not come to your appointment if you feel sick regardless of reason.
. Masks must be worn in the salon at all time. It is mandatory that guest and service providers wear mask at all the time in the salon. Ideally we ask for loops over the ears, not tied behind the head (for ease of working on your hair). Please wear your mask 100% of the time you are in the salon.
. You will be asked to wash/sanitize your hands immediately upon entering the salon. There will also be hand sanitizer for you to use at your stylists’ station. We will be sanitizing surfaces every 30 minutes, stations, tools and restrooms along with laundering of capes, towels, and aprons in hot water with hot air. Every station will be completely sanitized with medical-grade sanitizer between every client, including stylist tools.
. Touch-less Greetings & Goodbyes – We will not be shaking hands or hugging at this time.
. No Beverages – We will not be offering any beverages at this time. No beverages or food currently brought in to the salon. Please leave all food/beverages in your car.
. Limited Guests – We ask that you arrive for your appointment at the time of your appointment and no earlier. Please do not bring any extra guests with you and please do not bring children to your appointment at this time. Absolutely no pets will be allowed in the salon at this time.
. Limited Items – Please limit any belongings that you bring with you perhaps to your phone and forms of payment (rather than your handbag).
. If you have an underlying health condition we ask that you wait to return to the salon at a later time per state guidelines. In addition, if you have been ill or around someone who has been ill, please wait 14 days to reschedule your appointment.
. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time as we are working quickly and very diligently to be both accommodating and conscientious to your needs. We are incorporating extensive new and improved sanitation practices into every aspect of our operation, including the requirement of all of our Service Provider’s completion of a Texas State Board.
. We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick. Symptoms may appear 2–14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you with your protective face mask!
